Meet the Chef

Franck Gamard comes from Nîmes and works in different restaurants in the region. He loves good and beautiful local products which he enhances in each of his plates. It offers you a short menu to always work with exceptional products. He likes to combine traditional dishes and flavors of the world. A journey for your senses is guaranteed in our hotel-restaurant very close to the Pont du Gard!

The establishment guarantees its supply via short circuits, a guarantee of quality and respect for the environment. We promote a terroir rich in taste and flavor. Always with the aim of offering you gourmet moments, we respect the “Taste Activist” Charter!
